Smokin’ Hoggz BBQ was founded by Bill Gillespie, a seasoned pitmaster with over 30 years of BBQ experience. Alongside his wife, Shaune Gillespie, and his longtime friend Alan Burke, the team has traveled the country competing in over 300 contests, earning countless accolades along the way.
